For the second year in a row, Astarta has been ranked among the top 50 best employers in Ukraine by Forbes Ukraine.

More than 30 factors were considered when rating companies: social package, contribution to the Victory, sense of security, information transparency, development opportunities, employer brand, remuneration, and working conditions.

Astarta received the highest scores in the following categories: contribution to the Victory, working conditions and sense of protection (as noted by the editorial board, the maximum score was awarded to the companies where at least 95% of employees feel protected in the company more than the danger of losing their jobs).

“Astarta’s approach to talent management is based on a person at the centre of transformations, values, consistency, continuity, team development, and adaptability. Security, high-stress levels, and the search for and attraction of high-quality personnel are key challenges for companies working with people during the war. We focus on supporting employees and their families’ physical and mental health, developing professional skills and competencies, working with young people and professionals of retirement and pre-retirement age, and through the Successors and Mentors mentoring programme. Our special emphasis is on comprehensive work with veterans”, says Svitlana Mozhova, HR, Corporate Partnerships and Communications Director at Astarta.
