Astarta is a public company with shares listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2006. As today, there are two major long-term shareholders: the family of Viktor Ivanchyk (the CEO), who owns 40% of total shares outstanding through Albacon Ventures Limited, and Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd which owns 30%. The free float portion of Astarta’s shares is held mainly by Polish institutional investors, EU and US investment companies.
