Astarta Pays UAH 669 million in Taxes in 1Q24

In 1Q24 the subsidiaries of Astarta paid UAH669m in taxes and duties to the budgets of all levels, up by c.14% y-o-y.

Over UAH367m was paid to the local budgets of territorial communities in the Kyiv, Poltava, Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytsia, Chernihiv and Kharkiv regions of Ukraine. The state budget received over UAH301m.

“This is almost 14% more than in the same period in 2023. During the full-scale war Astarta has paid UAH4.51bn to the budgets of all levels. Today, the price and value of mandatory payment of all taxes by every business and every entrepreneur is higher than ever. As it affects the country’s defence capability, economic stability and, without exaggeration, the future of each of us,” said Astarta’s founder and CEO Victor Ivanchyk.
