Changes in Astarta’s Management

Astarta is pleased to announce recent functional changes in the Company’s management.

Mr. Vasyl Chmeliuk, formerly the Director for Security and Internal Control, will become the Chief Operating Officer.

Ms. Natalia Bohacheva has been appointed the Chief Transformation and Business Intelligence Officer of Astarta and will continue to combine her duties with the position of the CEO of AgriChain.

Mr. Yaroslav Kushnir, formerly the Head of Livestock, was promoted to the Director of Livestock Department.

Mr. Volodymyr Hrytsenko, currently the Chief Legal Officer, will also supervise security issues. Therefore, he will continue his work as an acting Director of the Legal and Security Department.
