New Appointment at Astarta

Astarta is pleased to announce the new appointment to Astarta’s management team.

Mr.Vasyl Chmeliuk is appointed the Director of the Security and Internal Control Department. Among his key responsibilities are operational control and monitoring of business processes, economic, internal, human resources, property and regional security of the company.

Mr.Chmeliuk holds several degrees in economics, law and public administration. He completed the Specialist Fraud Investigator Programme at the City of London Police Economic Crime Academy and the MIM-KYIV Business School Pre-MBA Management and Leadership Programme. He is also a Ph.D. in Law. He previously held senior positions in the civil service and has a twenty-years’ experience in financial investigations and educational management.
