
Astarta continues to publicly report on its operating and financial results. In 1Q26 the Company’s consolidated revenues increased by 5% y-o-y to EUR131m. Export sales of EUR83m accounted for 63% of consolidated revenues during the reporting period.
Agriculture
The Agricultural segment was the largest contributor, having generated 44% of the consolidated revenues or EUR58m (+55% y-o-y) on 61% y-o-y higher sales volumes of crops. Export generated 69% of revenues.
As of the date of this report, Astarta’s 2026 spring sowing campaign is in its final stage. Cold spring delayed planting by a fortnight. Current field activities focus on crop monitoring and phytosanitary surveillance. Preparations for early grain harvesting are also well underway to ensure operational readiness.
Sugar Production
Sugar Production brought in EUR32m of sales (-21% y-o-y) due to lower sugar sales prices. Main export destination in 1Q26 was MENA region.
Soybean Production
The Soybean Processing segment accounted for 21% of Astarta’s revenues during the reporting period or EUR28m (-2% y-o-y), with soybean crushing volume at 61kt (-3% y-o-y).
Exports revenue contributed 88% of the total.
Cattle Farming
Revenues amounted to EUR13m (-24% y-o-y) on lower sales prices.
Milk sales increased by 3% y-o-y to 32kt in line with production.
Responsible Partnership Ecosystem (social impact projects)
In 2026, the Company continued developing and scaling up the Common Help Ukraine project, co-founded by Astarta and Charitable Foundation “Believe in Yourself”, which united businesses, international organizations, and local communities to support Ukrainians in overcoming the challenges of the war. The project’s total charitable and humanitarian contribution has reached EUR39.7m.
The key areas of the project include: initiatives fostering Ukraine’s territorial integrity; financial and educational grants to develop local entrepreneurship; creating and supporting Resilience Centers that offer free psychological assistance to community residents; and implementing the “Active Longevity” programme, which focuses on strengthening the physical, mental, professional, and social well-being of Ukrainians.
