Viktor Ivanchyk

Viktor Ivanchyk founded Astarta-Kyiv in 1993, prior to which he worked at the Kyiv Aviation Association and served as a civil servant.

He graduated from the Kharkiv Aviation Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering in 1979, and also graduated from International Management Institute (IMI Kyiv) Senior Executive MBA Program in 2007.

Honored worker of Agriculture of Ukraine.

Viktor Gladkyi

Mr. Gladky graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a Master’s degree in International Economics in 1995. He also holds a Master’s of Law (2005).
Viktor Gladky began his career with companies dealing in foreign trade. He would later find himself in the public service sector with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine.
From 1995 to 2012, Mr. Gladky held different management positions and was a member of various state and commercial banks, including State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine, Citibank (Ukraine), and Pravex Bank (Inteza Sanpaolo Group, Ukraine).
Since 2012, Mr. Gladky has acted as Chief Financial Officer for Astarta-Kyiv. He also serves as Executive Director A of Astarta Holding N.V.

Valery Sokolenko

Executive Director

Valery Sokolenko

Valery Sokolenko joined "Astarta-Kyiv" in 2008 as a Deputy Director on Sugar Production of one of the enterprises of the Company. Later he held positions of Chief Financial Officer and Director of several enterprises of the Company. Valery Sokolenko has many years of experience in oil and gas processing, as well as in the food industry. Valeriy Sokolenko has two higher education and graduated International Management Institute (MBA).

Liliya Timakina

Liliya Timakina joined Astarta-Kyiv in 2015, prior she worked as private lawyer and held positions in juridical departments in different international and state holding companies. In 1994 Liliya Timakina graduated from Kyiv State Shevchenko University and graduated from H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University In 2014 obtained a license to practice law.

Prior to join ASTARTA Svitlana had experience in other companies on the following positions: HR – business partner, Head of HR, Head of corporate partnership and social responsibility devision. Svitlana has strong experience in introduction of HR systems in big international and national companies in Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan (banking, agro, retail, production spheres). Was in charge of more than 30 seminars for big and medium scale enterprises, such as ASTARTA, Galnaftogaz, Providna, VTB, PUMB, Pivdennyi

Inna Efimchuk

Inna Efimchuk joined Astarta-Kyiv in 2010 and has experience in sugar industry for more than 28 years. Previously Inna Efimchuk had position of head of marketing, procurement and logistics in different companies. Inna Efimchuk has higher education in In 2008, Inna Efimchuk graduated from Ternopil National Economic University and got the specialty “Finance”. Inna Efimchuk has a significant experience in establishing of partnership relations and aimed at increase of level of satisfaction of Company’s clients.

Yuliya Bereshchenko

Yuliya Bereshchenko

Yuliya joined ASTARTA’s team for the second time in May 2019. In 2006 she has lead IPO of the Company at Warsaw stock exchange.
Yuliya has over 20 years of international corporate finance experience (ECM, M&A and valuation) in energy, mining, food and agriculture sectors. 
Yuliya worked at investment banks Ladenburg Thalmann Int., ING Bank in Ukraine, and ING Corporate Finance in the UK, where she was leading the projects in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region.
Later she was Corporate Finance Director at UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking (CEE markets).
Yuliya graduated from Luhansk Machinery-Building Institute. She is a CFA charterholder and is a certified technical translator from English.
