Astarta participated in the leading international exhibition of organic products, BIOFACH 2025, held from 11 to 14 February 2025 in Nuremberg, Germany. More than 2,300 exhibitors from 94 countries shared their experiences and trends in organic production.
Astarta’s team explored new development opportunities, trends, and technologies of organic production and established critical professional contacts with potential partners.
‘BIOFACH 2025 has once again confirmed the growing consumer interest in organic products and the significant expansion of their range. Exhibitions at this level will allow us to expand our export horizons and strengthen the position of Ukrainian organic products in the global market. Astarta’s crop rotation includes organic crops, which we sow on 2,000 hectares annually: mustard, flax, soybeans, millet, wheat, corn, and sunflower. We have experience growing and supplying organic products, relevant certifications, and clean infrastructure. Organic products are mainly exported to the European market, as there is a real demand for them there. We need to increase exports and expand markets for our organic products. Organic production is an effective, sustainable and resilient way of farming that can respond to today’s challenges, such as climate change and food security,’ said Vyacheslav Chuk, Astarta’s Chief Commercial and Strategic Marketing Director.
