Astarta is pleased to announce the new appointment to the company’s management team.
On 12 August, Mr. Mykola Tkachenko was appointed the Director of the Information Technology Department at Astarta. His key responsibilities will include driving the company’s digital transformation, implementing modern IT solutions (including an ERP system and AI-based technologies), integrating digital products into operational processes, automating production, and ensuring the company’s information security.
Mr. Tkachenko brings nearly 20 years of experience in digital transformation, IT management, and implementing technological solutions at leading Ukrainian enterprises across various industries — from telecommunications to the agricultural sector and public administration. He has held senior positions at Prozorro, Amdocs, Kyivstar, and Kovalska companies. From 2017 to 2020, Mr. Tkachenko worked with Astarta, including serving as Deputy Head of the IT Development Department.
