Astarta’s Operational Performance Management Office summarized the results of its program under the Operational Improvement System Astarta for 2020-2024. The economic benefits are estimated at UAH50m. Since the full-scale invasion began, the project’s economic benefit has been estimated at UAH26m.
For the five years, more than 2000 employees submitted 6700 ideas, of which over 4900 were implemented. On average, over UAH25k of economic effect was achieved per participant.

Thanks to the Operational Improvement System of Astarta, employees at all levels have the opportunity to initiate changes in the company, generate and implement ideas that contribute to efficiency, increase both operations and management activities of the business, improve flexibility and speed of response to external changes and challenges, as well as achieving the highest business efficiency,” said Eugene Kovnir, the Head of the Astarta Operational Performance Management Office.
