
Astarta continues to report its financial results and operating performance. In the third quarter, the Company traditionally focused on harvesting and processing late-season crops, as well as planting winter crops for the next year.
Astarta’s 9M25 consolidated revenues totaled EUR343m includingEUR218m from exports, which accounted for 63% of total sales.
Agricultural Production
As of the reporting date, Astarta continues late crops’ harvesting, with sugar beets and soybeans being at the final stages and corn harvesting halfway. Adverse rainy weather conditions slowed harvesting and caused delays in fieldworks.
Sunseeds harvesting produced 61kt (+32% y-o-y) on 29kha acreage (up 57% y-o-y), but a lower yield of 2.1t/ha (16% y-o-y).
Winter crops sowing campaign at Astarta’s agricultural subsidiaries is completed with winter wheat acreage at 40kha (-13% y-o-y), rapeseeds — at 15kha (+31% y-o-y).
In the nine months, the segment generated EUR112m in revenues (–23% y-o-y), on lower sales volumes of key crops, mainly corn. Exports accounted for almost 90% of the segment’s revenue.
Sugar Production
As of November 18th, Astarta’s five sugar plants have produced 234kt of sugar vs 263kt as of the same date in 2024.
During the 9M25, the segment generated EUR108m of revenues with 44% coming from exports. The key export markets were the EU, the Middle East and North Africa.
Soybean Processing
The soybean crushing volume increased to 165kt (+1.2% y-o-y). Revenues remained stable at EUR77m. At the same time, the share of exports grew to 90% (+5pp y-o-y).
The soy protein concentrate project is progressing on schedule for launch in 2026.
Cattle Farming
The average herd increased to 29k heads (+4% y-o-y). Milk production rose by 5% (94kt compared to 89kt in 9M24).
Revenue grew by 14% y-o-y to EUR42m. The Company continues to maintain its leadership in Ukraine’s industrial milk production.
Responsible Partnership Ecosystem (social impact projects)
In the third quarter of 2025, the Company continued developing and scaling up the Common Help Ukraine project, co-founded by Astarta and Charitable Foundation “Believe in Yourself”, which united businesses, international organizations, and local communities to support Ukrainians in overcoming the challenges of the war. The project’s total charitable and humanitarian contribution has reached EUR38m.
The key areas of the project include: initiatives fostering Ukraine’s territorial integrity; financial and educational grants to develop local entrepreneurship; creating and supporting Resilience Centers that offer free psychological assistance to community residents; and implementing the “Active Longevity” programme, which focuses on strengthening the physical, mental, professional, and social well-being of Ukrainians.
